Update
I got feedback that the builds got hit by the "missing Python" bug again. Well, hopefully it is fixed now. I have updated all the builds, so please let me know if you are unable to see Python when you run Gimp. Thanks for your patience and keep the feedback coming.
I was also being too clever for my own good when I was trying to find a good place to save the uninstall information for the plugins and G'MIC. If you were vigilant, you would see Gimp trying to load the uninst executables during startup. While the errors are harmless, I have gone ahead and fixed it so you should not be seeing those errors any more.

Gimp 2.7.3 for Windows Updates
Finally, another update for the whole plethora of Gimp related stuff. Probably for a lot of folks, the biggest update would be the fact that single-window mode is now sort of working. What that means is that Gimp does not erase its current state when it exits. Whether it is stable will be for you to decide. The developers are still calling it extremely experimental.
Here are a couple of screenshots!
The other big issue for some folks was that I did not include support for SVG and postscript files. Well, SVG is working now. Also, I am able to open postscript files. But I must warn you, it is pretty finicky. Your mileage may vary.
We saw another release of G'MIC which is now up to version 1.4.9.4. So I have updated that as well. A couple of plugins that I like, Saturation equalizer and Advanced unsharp mask, are also included.
As usual, if you are inclined to leave me feedback or a comment...

Delaboratory Version 0.2 for Windows
Introducing Delaboratory version 0.2 for Windows. It is a fine piece of sotware written by Jacek Poplawski and the source code is available here. It was also introduced to the folks on Flikr in the Gimp User group here. According to the author
Check out this screenshot!
Here is a piece of software that is not part of Gimp, yet, I think you will want to take a look at it. It is imaginatively called Delaboratory which in a way it is. It sits in your workflow in between your RAW editor such as ViewNX2 if you are a Nikon fan or some other RAW editor and a pixel level editor like Gimp.
Installation
Download the version that is appropriate for your OS - 64 bit for 64 bit Windows and 32 bit for 32 bit Windows. Once you do that, simply click on the executable that you downloaded and install like any other software. If you don't like it, use your control panel to uninstall. A word of caution - Please don't mix and match (Why would you want to??) especially if you are using my Gimp builds. The DLLs are the same and since the 64 bit DLLs will not work with the 32 bit one, you are likely to get an error and the application will quit. If you are missing DLLs, please drop me a line and let me know!
Please let me know if you have any questions in terms of how to install. If you have any questions about usage, please consult the manual of stop by the Flikr discussion mentioned above.
